To close receipt without payment:
- In open receipt press Pay.
- In payment menu choose Close without payment and choose reason: guest left, on the house, waiter’s mistake.
- Press Close without payment.
💡 You can restrict closing receipt without payment. Go to Settings → Security, in When closing receipt field choose Without payment from drop-down list and save changes. After that waiter will be able to close receipts without payments only with manager's password.
A receipt closed without payment cannot be edited in the management console: you cannot change the payment method or enter an amount.
If you accidentally closed the receipt without payment, delete it in the management console. Then create a new receipt with the same dishes and close it using the correct payment method and amount.
