How to remove a product from an inventory check

Remove an ingredient or product from the inventory list so it does not appear during the inventory check process.

Sometimes you may need to remove unnecessary products from an inventory check. However, this is only possible depending on the inventory check type and status.

☝️ You can remove a product only from an open partial inventory check.

If a partial inventory check was completed and then reopened for editing, the product cannot be removed.

Remove a product from an open partial inventory check

  1. Open Inventory → Inventory checks in the management console.
  2. Click Open next to the inventory check that has not been completed yet.
  3. In the upper-right corner, click Change parameters.
  4. Clear the checkboxes for the product or ingredient that should not appear in this inventory check.
  5. Click Save.

💡 To quickly find the required product or ingredient, use quick search.

❗ Products cannot be removed from a full inventory check.

A full inventory check automatically generates the list for the selected period and includes all items with stock movement activity. Removing individual products from this list is not possible.

To review all items with stock movement during a specific period, use the ingredients movement report.
