If you want to send reminders to an owner, accountant, and other employees 3 days before the account expires, write their emails and renew your subscription on time.
To send notifications for subscription renewal to multiply emails:
- Enter the management console as an owner.
- Go to Settings → Billing → Notifications.
- Write an email in Email address for reminders in the Reminders about subscription extending block.
- Click Add.
- Enter additional email and click Add.
- Add emails of all employees who need to get reminders.
- Click Save.
☝️ When the payment is processed, your account will be renewed instantly for exactly 30 days.
