To choose a table on the POS:
- Enter PIN-code of a waiter who is serving the table.
- Choose a table on the floor plan and choose guest count.
- Add products to the order from the menu which is in the right part of the screen.
💡 To make tables serving faster they are indicated with different colors:
- grey means a vacant table.
- blue means an order which was open by an active waiter whose name is displayed in the right upper corner of the POS.
- violet means an order which was open by another waiter whose name is displayed on the table, this order is unavailable for editing.
💡 To add products or dishes to the order immediately after choosing a table, turn off guest count at the table.
To do this, go to Settings → General → Point of Sale settings, deselect Turn on guest count and save changes.
