How to set up a birthday bonus

Set up an automatic bonus top up for customers once it's their birthday.

To create a birthday bonus: 

  1. Go to Marketing → Customer groups in the management console.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Name group. For example, Regular Visitors.
  4. Select the Cash-back rewards system in the Loyalty program section.
  5. Enter a bonus size. For example, 15%.
  6. Enter the fixed bonus amount awarded to the customer on his birthday in the Birthday bonus field. For example, $10.
  7. Click Add.
  8. Go to Marketing → Customers and click Add.
  9. Enter a birth date and select a customer group, Regular Visitors.
  10. Click Add.

💡 Bonuses are automatically awarded to the customer's account once a birthday comes.

Once a customer saved enough bonuses he can pay a bill completely or partly by them.
