A self-test is an internal diagnostic print that helps you verify how different parts of the printer are working and identify any issues.
To print a self-test:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold the Feed button —paper feed button.
- Turn the printer on while keeping the Feed button held down.
- Keep holding the button until the printer starts printing.
- Release the Feed button.
- The printer will print a receipt with its current settings.
