To print receipts, checks before closing the order, kitchen tickets, and delivery receipts, connect the Sam4S printer to your device running the Poster app:
- Plug the printer into a 220V power outlet.
- Connect the printer to your Windows or macOS computer or all-in-one using a USB 2.0 AM-BM cable.
- Open the Poster app and enter your employee PIN code.
- Tap ≡ in the top right corner and select Devices.
- Wait for the search to complete, then select the printer from the list and choose what it will print:
— Receipt — if this printer is for printing guest receipts.
— Stations — select the kitchen stations this printer will print tickets for, for example "Bar", "Kitchen", or "Hot kitchen". - Tap Print test receipt.
💡 The printer driver will be installed automatically.
