How to choose a Poster plan
Learn what to consider when choosing a Poster plan so the system covers your venue’s needs efficiently.
A newly registered account always starts with the Pro plan. This lets you test all management console and POS features during the trial period. Choose the plan that best fits your business based on the number of menu items and the features you need.
Check the total number of menu items
Before choosing a plan, check the total number of products and dishes in the management console.
To do this, open Menu → Dishes and check the total number of dishes above the quick search field on the left. Then open Menu → Products and check the total number of products the same way.
If the number of items is close to the limit, optimize your menu. Check for duplicate dishes, remove unnecessary items, or switch to a higher plan to increase the limit.
Poster plans
Once you know how many menu items you have, check whether you use all the features included in your current plan.
Poster offers three plans. Choose the one that works best for your business.
🍩 Mini
Perfect for a coffee shop or food truck if you only need essential automation features.
Includes up to 100 products and tech cards, all Starter features, plus:
- cash shifts,
- reports,
- inventory management,
- unlimited employees and receipts,
- chat support,
- financial management,
- loyalty programs,
- delivery management,
- inventory checks.
🥗 Business
Our most popular plan. A great fit for bars and cafés.
Includes up to 300 products and dishes, all Mini features, plus:
- promotions,
- payroll calculation,
- product and dishes modifiers,
- deposit accounts,
- chat and phone support.
🥘 Pro
A plan for large venues.
Includes up to 1,500 products and dishes, all Business features, plus:
- table reservations,
- advanced access rights settings,
- editing the menu with a past date,
- butcheries.
How to change your Plan
You can change your Poster plan at any time.
If you run a small venue with a limited menu and want to switch to a lower plan, contact our support team in any convenient messenger.
The support team will check your account and let you know which Poster features will become unavailable after the downgrade.
If you want to expand your menu or connect additional modules to your Poster account, choose a higher plan and switch to it directly in the management console.
☝️ The account owner, manager, or any employee with full access to the Account Settings section can change the plan.
💁🏻♀️ For example, your venue may have fewer than 100 dishes on the menu, but a large wine list and cocktail menu. If you also use dish modifiers and promotion features, the Business or Pro plan will suit you better.
You can work on the Business plan and switch to another plan whenever needed. For example, if you change your venue concept and reduce your bar menu, switch to the Mini plan. Or upgrade your plan to use table reservations and advanced access rights in the management console.
